Separate the top and bottom portion of the Ciabatta Sub Roll. Place lettuce on the bottom of the roll then layer with the salami, Provolone cheese and pepperoni. Add sliced tomato and onions on top. Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil together and drizzle desired amount on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with oregano and cover with top half of the Ciabatta Roll.
Optional – for a crisp crust, bake the Ciabatta Roll in a hot oven at 400 degrees F. for about 5 – 7 minutes, let cool before slicing and building your sandwich.
