This is your opportunity to see and sample a full range of Wenner Bakery products, from Knots and Dots to baked artisan breads, sandwich and burger buns and ciabatta in one place.

We’ll be at Booth #4001 at the IDDBA show in New Orleans this year, from June 10th – 12th. We’ve introduced new baked artisan breads this year including our Baked Multigrain Bread with Ancient Grain and Cranberry (#40156) and our savory Baked Olive Bread (#40199). Our Baguette Gran Reserva (#22001) uses a triple fermentation process to achieve exquisite flavor and texture.

Earlier this year we launched several new Ciabatta Buns just in time for grilling season. Our RUSTICA® Round Sandwich Buns are offered in a traditional Ciabatta flavor (#42543) and a Wheat Ciabatta option too (#42428). This wheat option delivers 13 grams of whole grain per roll too! Rounding out this category are our RUSTICA® Ciabatta Sausage Buns (#42466) and our Ciabatta Slider Buns (#40227). Looking for something a bit more traditional? Come by to see our Soft Sweet Sliced Hamburger Buns (#42556).

We’ll also have some new and novel DOTS doughnuts on display with a variety of flavors and colorful decoration sure to catch the attention of customers when you fill your display case with these DOTS. We round out our sweet treats with a selection of pastries and flakey, buttery croissants made with premium ingredients and traditional methods.
